Our Inclusive Team
The basis of our innovative 'Total Team Model' is to support people who have found difficulty in obtaining employment. In line with this people who receive training at Bookdonors often have:
- experienced long-term unemployment
- moderate or complex learning disabilities
- particular medical conditions
- 'mental ill health'
Bookdonors operates on a total team philosophy where every individual supports and trains their team mates without the direct involvement of care or support workers.
