How to buy from Bookdonors
We sell our books directly through two websites:
AbeBooks and Amazon.

Use the simple search facility to find a book in our inventory. Please be sure to read its full description. Description details are in the 'Seller Comments' section and publication details are located in the 'Product Information' section.
We have the same books, plus many out-of-print books available on AbeBooks. To find our books on Abebooks, click here.
Please ensure you take note of each book's description and publication details.
Quality Assured Used Books
We carefully check each book and give every book an individual description.
Once ordered, each book is carefully checked again. We have trained members of staff who check that the book matches the description on the Delivery Note.
If during this process we find something amiss we will try to replace the book. If we are unable to replace the copy, we inform our customer - with an explanation and suggested solution.
Each book is then thoroughly cleaned before being passed to our Post Team.
Postage and Packaging
We use sturdy packaging to ensure each book arrives safely at its destination; whether this is within the UK, or half way around the world. We wrap each book securely in recycled, corrugated packaging card. The order is then placed into a recyclable mailing bag with the Delivery Note in an attached envelope.
We aim to post within 2 business days using UK Royal Mail.
For our U.K. customers, we send by Second Class post. We can respond to requests for First Class delivery or a tracking service at an extra cost payable prior to mailing.
For our European & International customers, we generally send by Standard Airmail. We can respond to requests for a tracking service at an extra cost payable prior to mailing.
We send an email to confirm each order has been posted. This email includes a copy of the book's full description and our contact details.
Customer Service
Our Customer Service opening hours are Mondays to Fridays 9 am. to 3 pm. Enquiries are answered as quickly as possible.
We are happy to answer any enquiries or provide photographs on request.
We pop a contact slip into each book so customers can get in touch easily. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to sort things out.
